Brian Morgan, Ph.D. is Director of Organization Assessment Services at
Metrus Group, where his most recent work has involved the design and
implementation of strategic measurement systems, employee surveys, internal
customer surveys, and employee/customer linkage studies. He has twenty-five
years of experience in organizational consulting in the U.S. and abroad.
Dr. Morgan has also developed U.S. and international employee attitude data bases, and has written numerous data base reports on trends in employee attitudes, human resource benchmarking, service quality, and the perspectives of CEOs in multinational companies on business issues. He was previously Director, Organization Diagnostics at Opinion Research Corporation, and, prior to that, was Director, Strategic Research Services at Hay Research For Management.
A frequent speaker and author on organizational measurement and change, Dr. Morgan’s work has appeared in many business publications, among them the Harvard Business Review, Handbook Of Business Strategy, Quality Progress, Change Management Handbook, Strategy and Leadership, and The Journal Of Strategic Performance Measurement, among other publications.
