Brian Rushevics:

Brian Rushevics is Director of Customer Value for Metrus. In that role, he works as a trusted advisor with Metrus prospects and clients to consult with them on their workforce and talent management needs to align the optimal integration of Metrus resources that deliver the greatest near-term value. He has a solid understanding of organizational assessment and talent lifecycle solutions that cross multiple practice areas and multiple stakeholder needs. Brian joined Metrus in 2007 is responsible for client retention and delight.

Prior to joining Metrus, Brian held positions as Director of Business Development with Kenexa, and sales leadership positions with Resource Consulting Group, the former internal RPO practice of Manpower.

Brian has a B.A. in business/marketing from University of Wisconsin.
