Dave Allen, Ph.D.:

Dave Allen is Senior Consultant and West Coast Practice Leader for Metrus Group. Over the last 20 years, Dave has conducted hundreds of employee survey projects with organizations in all industry sectors. Dave is an expert in all phases of employee surveys, and also specializes in research with customer and financial data to help organizations more effectively drive business results.

Prior to joining Metrus Group, Dave was the Pacific Region Practice Leader for Right Management. In this role he managed and oversaw all Assessment projects in the Pacific Region, both organization assessments (e.g., engagement surveys, culture surveys, focus groups, etc.) and individual assessments (e.g., 360-feeback, candidate selection and succession planning, etc.). Dave also spent eight years conducting employee surveys with Watson Wyatt.

Dave holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Kansas State University.
