Jerry Seibert:

Jerry SeibertJerry Seibert has 20 years of experience working with organizations to measure and improve customer, employee and other stakeholder perceptions. Many of his clients have been in the healthcare sector, including such leading organizations as Henry Ford Health System, Novant Health, Sutter Health and Advocate Health Care. He also spent several years as CEO of a successful software company specializing in risk management and complaint management.

Mr. Seibert developed a suite of customer surveys that were very widely accepted, and were administered to over 5,000,000 recipients annually across more than a thousand organizations in the US, Canada and Australia. He has also designed and implemented employee surveys and internal customer surveys for a large number of organizations. He has more than 20 publications to his credit in a variety of peer reviewed and professional journals.

Prior to Joining Metrus Group, Mr. Seibert was President of Parkside Group, an international healthcare customer and employee survey firm.

Mr. Seibert received his M.A. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. He has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
