Susan Bershad:

Susan Bershad leads the Metrus Solutions practice which focuses on designing and implementing measurable approaches to talent management, strategic alignment, human performance and capabilities, and service quality.

Before joining Metrus Group, Ms. Bershad was the director of the Johnson & Johnson Consulting Group, where she built a team of 30 professionals known for providing strategic and operational consulting solutions to Johnson & Johnson companies around the globe. Ms. Bershad has deep consulting experience in many areas, including talent management, strategy development and scorecarding, change management, executive team development, employee surveys, and performance improvement. Her work in developing data-driven solutions to closing leadership and performance gaps as well as her work with J&J's well reputed Credo Survey are both strengths which fit well with Metrus Group's expertise in measuring employee alignment, capabilities, and engagement and identifying areas for improvement.

Ms. Bershad's pioneering work in "transition acceleration" helps senior executives who have assumed new responsibilities to shorten their learning curve. She is also a thought leader whose innovative programs in women's leadership have enriched the development of female executives around the world.

Susan received undergraduate and graduate degrees in English from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York and did further MBA studies at Rider University. She attended executive education programs at Duke and the Tuck School of Business.
