Valeria Schiemann, Ph.D.:

Valeria Schiemann joined Metrus Group as Vice President with Principal Consultant in 2001. Her work there is focused on development and implementation of measurement systems to support strategy deployment in high-performance organizations. She has presented on this topic at programs sponsored by Conference Board (New York, Chicago, San Diego) and by IQPC-Asia (Singapore, Malaysia). She is also the lead Metrus partner working with SHRM Hawaii on a statewide initiative to introduce People Equity as a key part of the Workplace Excellence program

Prior to joining Metrus, Dr. Schiemann spent over twenty years with AT&T, Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies.

Dr. Schiemann received a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from University of Illinois, Urbana, and a B.S. in chemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology.
