Employee Surveys
Professional service firms have employees with excellent professional skills and client
relationship skills. Why not use this wealth of talent to guide the performance of the firm--and make sure it is
attractive to the top talent that you require?
CASE STUDY. Counter & Adde, a regional accounting firm, asked Metrus to
conduct an employee survey for their organization. The leadership team was concerned about turnover, and
also wanted a survey more focused on business issues than past surveys had been. Metrus Group surveyed the
entire Counter & Adde work force using a web questionnaire. Metrus identified several key business
drivers of turnover and employee commitment, and also identified key demographic groupings (job groups
and locations) in which concerns on these issues were paramount. Members of the leadership team met with
management and employees in each office to review survey findings and launched several new initiatives
to address the key issues identified in the survey.
