CASE STUDY. Howe & Wye, Inc. is a law organization with offices around the world. The leaders were concerned that
they were not conveying their full value proposition to clients and prospective clients. In addition, they needed a better
understanding of the evolving requirements of the global client base. Metrus Group was engaged to help Howe & Wye
understand these client perspectives. Metrus designed a process that included both a broad outreach, via an on-line survey,
as well as in-depth discussion with selected clients from key global locations. As a result of the findings, Howe & Wye
modified their existing marketing plans, and began a successful new client outreach program.
