Metrus Institute and the American Society for Quality
Invite you to Participate in an Important New Survey

The survey is designed to answer several pressing—and poorly understood—questions related to engagement, business performance and quality:

  • How does variability in employee performance affect organizational performance, including internal service between departments?
  • Is there a direct connection between internal service and business outcomes?
  • How has the recession—and corporate responses to it—affected employee alignment, capabilities, engagement? How has internal service been impacted?

Answering these questions is crucial for developing fresh approaches and new solutions to how businesses manage quality, people and performance through economic cycles.

The survey is hosted by ASQ and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses will be kept strictly confidential, and the information you provide will be presented only in summary form. Those who participate will receive a detailed, complimentary summary of the survey results.

The survey will be open through October 30, 2009. To access the survey, click here: http://www.asq.org/mr/impact-of-people.html

If you have difficulty completing the survey online, please contact mrcoord@asq.org.

An article on the survey results will appear in a future issue of Quality Progress.

Thank you for your time and input into our study of these important issues.
