The Metrus Institute was founded in 1994 as a research and learning arm of the Metrus Group. Its primary purpose
is to develop or identify fact based information that help organizations of all types to better implement practices that lead to success.
To that end the Institute conducts research, identifies best practices, and develops case studies in important organizational areas.
Through the Institute, research results and a wide range of published materials are made available. Bill Schiemann, founder of the
