ANNOUNCING: 2010 WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM
SHRM-Hawaii, in partnership with Metrus Group, is pleased to announce the 2010 Workplace Excellence survey program! Sign up below to be notified when registration is open (June 2010).
The program is based on the People Equity principles described in the recent book “Reinventing Talent Management”, by William Schiemann, with a forward by Sue Meisinger, former CEO of SHRM. SHRM Hawaii has made it possible for almost any company to access this program, which includes an individual survey of employees, company recognition and access to training on key talent management principles and action planning processes.
For the first time, in 2009, the program was made available to all companies in Hawaii with 10 or more employees! We are continuing that expanded availability in 2010, and have kept the cost the same as 2009!
Participating companies will receive:
- Custom reports with their individual results!
- Recognition on the SHRM Hawaii and Metrus Group website!
- The Workplace Excellence 2010 logo, which can be used on your own website, to demonstrate your commitment to the principles of employee engagement, strategic alignment and custom-facing capabilities!
- Recognition in the Honolulu Advertiser
- Access to training on survey analysis and action, and on improving People Equity!

| July 19, 2010: | Begin distribution of participant information packages |
| August 2, 2010: | Survey available online |
| August 27, 2010 | Survey data collection concludes |
| September 2010: | Individual survey reports distributed Webinar presented to participants |
| October 2010: | Recognition at SHRM Hawaii State Conference Workplace Excellence training begins |
