360° ACE Scorecard™
ACE Scorecard™ can add a valuable dimension to 360 feedback. The assessment
offers insights on the level of Alignment, Capabilities and Engagement within units or divisions of the
organization, but it equally can provide insight on the impact of the manager.
Using a simple diagnostic, Metrus can now provide ACE Scorecard™ in concert with
our 360 feedback results, or as a stand-alone tool to be used with your existing 360 data.
You will receive a map which immediately illustrates strengths and opportunities for improvement;
points of high value, and points of risk. With numeric scores indicating rating out of 100, and color
coding to indicate strength caution or
gap managers can readily integrate these results as part of a
comprehensive 360 analysis.
ACE Scorecard™
The manager or leader must operate within the structure, strategy and resources of the
organization, yet even with this common platform, individual differences emerge. For example, in the

- Why are the Region scores so much lower than those of the rest of the organization?
What gaps might the region leader need to address?
