    Case Study: 360°

    360° results for ten managers a certain organization indicated that four of the managers received low scores in providing performance feedback. These four managers reported to the same director. Metrus provided:

    • Clear, comprehensive reports that provided each manager with targeted feedback about his or her strengths, and area of concern


    • A training session for the four managers with low scores, including how to interpret the results, and recommendations for how to deal with the performance feedback issue


    • Individual coaching for one of the managers, who received the particularly low scores, and for whom this was seen as an ongoing problem


    • Leadership coaching for the director regarding what he was doing that enabled poor performance of his managers, and how he could create an environment to support strong performance feedback.
