Business Acumen

Our Business Acumen program helps employees understand core aspects of the business, including how their work contributes. This program addresses financial acumen (basic business finances), strategic acumen (what it means to define and follow strategic intent), and measurement acumen (distinguishing metrics that matter from ones that are just "counting", and using those metrics to accomplish objectives).

Depending upon client needs, we can deliver each of these modules as stand-alone programs. These programs offer the option of "custom case" work. If desired, we can tailor the case used around the specific financials, or strategy elements of the organization undergoing the training, giving more immediate impact to the program.
