SHRM Hawaii is once again offering the opportunity for companies across Hawaii to participate in the Workplace Excellence Survey, and receive their individual results, at little or no cost. The survey is based on the Metrus Group People Equity dimensions of Alignment, Capability and Engagement. It provides a valuable perspective on the all-important views of your employees—information that you need to understand to retain and grow your workforce!
Additional information about the survey, People Equity, and how to register is included below. The survey will begin on March 1, and registration must be completed by February 9, so don’t delay!
