When the survey closes, we will provide a summary report of your data, including comparisons to a national database. All you need to do is email the invitation to your internal customers. You will also have the option to request analyses of key stakeholder groups and by the functional area (department) of respondents. For example, if you want to contrast the views of senior management with middle managers, you can request the key stakeholder analysis. The perceptions and expectations of executives, managers and staff can be very different, because what they each need from your department is very different. Likewise, the different functional areas in your organization may be more or less satisfied with HR deliverables. An analysis by functional area can help pinpoint internal service issues.
