Our Internal customer survey consists of both service dimensions and function services across most internal services.
We also provide benchmark norms for most functions. To augment our core ICS survey, we can include custom items that address topics
of specific interest to you.
You will also have the option to request analyses of key stakeholder groups and by the functional area (department) of
respondents. For example, if you want to contrast the views of senior management with middle managers, you can request the key
stakeholder analysis. The perceptions and expectations of executives, managers and staff can be very different, because what they
each need from your department is very different. Likewise, the different functional areas in your organization may be more or less
satisfied with specific deliverables. An analysis by functional area can help pinpoint internal service issues. The sample report page
below includes both stakeholder and functional area analyses.
