Meet the Metrics Doctor:

  • "We need a good measure of innovation. Our team is out of ideas."
  • "How do we measure the ROI on training?"
  • "Why isn't our measurement system driving the behaviors we want?"
  • "How do we increase accountability for performance?"
  • "How do we set stretch targets that make a difference?"
  • "What's a good measure of employee loyalty or commitment?"
  • "I hear that there are good and bad ways to measure employee turnover? Is that true, and if so, which should we use?"
  • "How do we link our employee measures to financial performance? "
  • "How do we tie compensation to our performance measures?"
  • "Is there a best way to cascade our business strategy measures to units, departments, and teams?"
  • "Our team is trying to build measures of supplier performance as part of our supply chain effort. What types of measures are typically used?"
  • "How the heck do you measure our commitment to our code of ethics and our core values?"
  • "Is there a simple way we can get at leading indicators of safety and environmental problems?"
  • "Is there a best practice for reviewing our dashboard of strategic measures?"
