Financial data is reported quarterly, or monthly, but employee data is often
reported only annually. Pulse surveys enable companies to update their workforce data more
frequently, with a focus on the most critical points. Depending upon the need, you may choose:
- A few questions distributed to the entire workforce.
- A subset of the survey distributed to a particular division, function or business unit.
- An "ongoing pulse" selected set of questions is administered to a sample of the population on a quarterly or bimonthly basis.
Pulse employee surveys can be an excellent way to quickly and cost effectively maintain an ongoing view of issues that may be of greatest concern to you.
