    Survey Analysis and Action

    Survey results provide invaluable insights into the workforce, but the most valuable outcome is the improvement achieved through data analysis and identification of targeted action plans.     • Driver Analysis. Through driver analysis the relationships between primary factors in the survey are discovered, and a clear picture of primary drivers of employee outcomes is developed. This enables action planning to be done based on a more "root cause": analysis — by focusing attention on the drivers of an outcome, rather than the outcome itself, a more targeted result can be achieved.


    • Linkage Analysis.Employee commitment, customer retention, and financial performance are related, but the specific relationships between people issues and key business outcomes vary from organization to organization.
