Understanding and Using Metrics

Understanding and building relevant metrics is a new program that is designed to help managers and employees become more adept as developing and using metrics, with special emphasis on the role of metrics in organizational performance, characteristics of good measures, setting stretch targets, analyzing and interpreting measurement results, identifying baseline performance, and using metrics to drive organizational results.
